Reproducing manufacturing methods and designs from the past in today’s modern age.

From the 1920s until the 1950s it was the norm for everyone to wear hats, and many of these hats featured refined details. You can tell this from photos of the past or from movie costumes. According to WELLEMA HAT Co.’s hat craftsman Cody, people in the past wore them for their friends and family, and unlike today it didn’t matter who started something, or who did it the best. His mission began when he decided to reproduce hats worn in earliest generations in today’s age. By combining a handmade process, selecting high quality materials, and utilizing classic manufacturing methods, his hats are simply designed yet built to last for a lifetime. Something about the way he takes his craft so seriously and produces his hats with such care is a breath of fresh air in today’s age.
